Event partners Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, The Trident Group and Fox & Roach/Trident Charities were pleased to welcome more than 300 attendees to a mind-blowing evening of fun, food, drinks and strolling magic. Mentalist and Magician Ran`D Shine wowed the crowd as he led a team of magicians performing “close-up” magic for guests.
The magic continued with an amazing “Happy Hour and a Half” with spectacular hors d`oeuvres and drinks, a delicious sit down dinner, free premium wines all night and one of a kind live and silent auction items. Fox & Roach super agent Val Nunnenkamp energized auction bidders as guest auctioneer.
BHHS Fox & Roach, Realtors, the Trident Group and Fox & Roach/Trident Charities are honored to have helped to support Build Jake’s Place newest all-inclusive playground in Delran Township, Burlington County, New Jersey.

ABOUT BUILD JAKE’S PLACE
Jake’s Place is a nationally ranked, award-winning all-inclusive playground located at Challenge Grove Park in Cherry Hill, NJ. A boundless playground which allows children and adults of all abilities to play and interact together. Jake’s Place was funded by donations and built by community volunteers.
Build Jake’s Place builds “playgrounds for everybody”. Playgrounds where children in wheelchairs and other assistive devices can play along side others with ease. Even parents and grandparents with a disability can play and interact with the children.
Over the past several years, Jake’s Place has been nationally recognized as One of the Best Playgrounds, not only in the greater Philadelphia area, but across the country.
