You met the challenge and doubled the match!

The results for Pledge Drive 2016 are in! Fox & Roach/Trident offered the generous incentive of doubling the company match from 25% to 50% for offices and departments reaching participation rates of 75% or more.

Nearly all offices and departments increased their participation, raising company-wide participation from 53% to 64%! Sales associate participation went from 52% in January to 60% in December. And last but not least – employees met the challenge and then some! We now have 92% of employees donating to Fox & Roach Charities (up from 65% in January).

 

Whether or not you met the challenge and doubled the match, everyone did a great job in increasing the awareness and visibility of Fox & Roach Charities. Your generosity has assisted more than 200 local nonprofits through both monetary donations and volunteer efforts. Thank you!

 

We are pleased to announce that the company will continue the “double the match” pledge to all offices and departments. For those who achieve 75% or above in 2017, your company match will be doubled in 2018, resulting in approximately an additional $50,000 – $75,000 per year to eligible nonprofits.
